RoomGPT.io Fulfillment Policy

Credit Purchase

• Users can purchase credits on RoomGPT.io to access our AI-powered room design services.
• Credits are non-transferable and can only be used on the RoomGPT.io platform.
• There is no subscription model; all purchases are made on a per-credit basis.

Credit Usage

• Credits will be deducted from your account upon successful generation of a room design.
• Unused credits remain valid in your account indefinitely.

Refunds

• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, please email hassan@roomgpt.io with your account details and reason for the refund.
• Refund decisions are at the discretion of RoomGPT.io management.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Changes to Policy

RoomGPT.io reserves the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform.
